Hi All,
I am on OPT and still have it for 5 months. I am working for company A for 6 months now and paid good. I have all the paystubs from that company.
Now can my wife apply for an F2 visa while I am on OPT. She was rejected f2 twice before when I was studying because I dont have proper means of Income. Is there any chance she gets visa now. I just want to spend these coming 5 months with her and go back home..
