Hi,
I am a Indian citizen and studying in Tampere University of Technology, Tampere, Finland. I have gotten admission in University of Detroit Mercy, Michigan, USA. I want to apply for USA student visa to study in USA. Can I apply for USA student visa, while I'm in Finland? or Should I apply from India?
Please help me in this situation. If there is any provision that I can apply from Finland, please tell me.
