Hello,
I was denied student visa twice( in 2005 and 2006) under section 214(b).
I am 37 years and unmarried with brother residing in the U.S.A.
I got admission for a Master's program in a U.S with 90% financial aid. It is study and work program for working teachers.
Please let me know the following:
1. What are my chances for obtaining a student visa successfully in the third attemt. Is it adivisable to apply for F1 visa the third time?
2. Is it possible for me to visit U.S on business/visit visa, or H1b visa and then convert it into F1 visa to complete the Master's program in the U.S.A.
I look forward to your reply at your earliest convinience.
Regards
