On H1 with fulltime student status??

Dear All

Could you pls help me to come out of the dilemma? I'm on H1 visa and wish to pursue as full time (research) student. Does it have any legal constrain to do so? Could I be eligible to receive funding from the school along with my salary from my job?

Thanks for reply. My work pattern allows me flexible timing to finish my job and so feasible to do both. But I don't know whether it's is allowable legally. Pls suggest.

Yes you can study on H1 or enroll in a university as long as your work timings do not interfere with your classes.
