I got your contact from one of the discussion boards. Can you please assist me on a dependent visa for my wife?
I am heading for US for my masters for this fall. I have already secured my F1 visa. I will be coming back this December and will be getting married. Can you tell me what documents will be required for me to take my wife along on an F2?
I understand that the two most important concerns I need to address are funding as well as the tag of potential immigrant. Can you advice on how to address these concerns successfully .
Please note that my fiance has only completed her 11th and had to drop out. She did her diploma in designing recently. She is not employed and doesn't plan to work as of now. She is over 21 yrs old and is not an income tax payer.
My parents are sponsoring my education and would also sponsor her stay. Also let me know if I can use her parents as her sponsors.
Does the income shown in the IT files of my parents matter? I can show sufficient funds in my parent's account for a consistent period.
I also hold a proprietorship of one of the firms my dad runs.Will this help? Along with that I worked as a S/W engineer here for some time . Will this matter or help in any way?
