M1 visa to work visa

am new to this forum... reading through stuff

am a trainee pilot here under the M1 visa...
how do i convert my M1 to work visa so that i can work in the US.
is it possible in the first place.. ? if so what class of visa is it ?
and what do i need to do to apply fr that visa ?

I am sure pilots dont come under H1 visa.
