urgent - work visa !

Hello !
My name is Michelle (Israeli) I'm a flight instructor and got an offer from a flight school to work for them.
The problem is that they have experience with sponsoring only international students and not international instructors.
What are the exact steps both of us need to take in order to make it happen?
I need to do this asap
Would love to get some help and directions

Not sure if flight instructors come under the profession listed in H1. I highly doubt they do because pilots are not listed as a profession to get an H1. There must be alternatives though.
