Hello,
I started college in the US this fall but because of personal problems, had to discontinue from school and return to my home country. Now I am expecting a new I-20 and was told that I do not need to obtain a new visa because the current one expires in 2012.
I would like to know if it is possible that I transfer my SEVIS fee to a new I-20SEVIS fee number so I dont have to pay $100 again. What are the chances of them approving that?
