I arrived to the U.S this summer, on my VWP, stayed for 88 days and got back to my homeland in early October. The purpose of my visit was to find an educational intitution to continue my higher studies and spend some time with my uncle and cousins. Now I have obtained a I-20 from a U.S. college and want to aply for a F-1, student visa. It has been less than two months, since I retuned back home. Is it too early to apply for the student visa? Will the visa officer at the U.S. counselet might suspect that I am a potential immigrant, since, I ma appplying for a student visa soon after my return from the U.S.
Also, when I submit the visa application, should I hand in only the application and I-20 first and hand in other documents such as bank letter, university trnascripts, insurance info, ties to home country, etc when requested or hand in all of the above with the application. Thank you in advance for your response.
