Hello,
I came to the US under a J1 Visa as a trainee back in November 2003.
My host then offered me a job and I accepted.
So we changed my status to H1-B in 10/01/2004 and it was valid until 10/01/2007.
My family had some problems with our company in Brazil in 2005 ... and in April 2005 I came back to Brazil to help them.
Now I wanna go back to the US on a J1 visa again and I want to know if I still have to wait one year do apply.... or since I came back in 2005 I would be fine about the time requirements.
I´m really confused. I hope you guys can help me out.
