help me on student visa

i have a question regarding my student visa. i have booked my dates for my appointment, my brother has done MS in USA and he is working there, and i have written that in my DS appln form, so will that be a problem and get my visa rejected, and further can u please provide me with some basic tips while attending the visa interview, i will be very grateful if u answer my problems, please help me on that

Having your brother in the US will not affect you negatively unless you plan to live with him.
