need help on F1 visa

Hi, I applied for F1 visa and got rejected once. I am planning to apply
the second time now. My questions are:

1. If there are no dates available in Chennai, can I go for an appointment
in some other state (I am a resident of Tamil Nadu)?
2. The reason for rejection was "potential immigrant". What am i supposed to fill as the exact reason for rejection in the DS form this time?
3. I have my clinic in India and I mentioned that in my first application.
I am also a partner of my father's business and I am learning to take care
of. I did not mention that in my first appication, thinking that a clinic
in India would serve the purpose. Now, I am planning to include that too,
so that my points would be stronger for returning. Can you suggest what
kind of documents would give better authentication for that ? I have the
partnership document and the financial returns of the business.
4. My I-20 says I have to enter USA before second week of Jan, so will
booking an appointment so early after the rejection (my last appointment
was in Dec second week) have a negative impact ?
