All set to apply to Universities.Prospective Universities do not require GRE score and are willing to provide a letter stating the same.Can we start processing of application and get ready with GRE score(as a cover to reduce risk of being turned down on GRE grounds) at the time of Visa appointment?Does the difference in list of documents provided to colleges and Embassy a factor?
