Hi,
I came to the U.S.A. approximately 3 years ago in f1 status.Last month I got married with my bf and this summer I am planning to transfer to Georgia Tech.I haven't send my documents yet,therefore I don't even know when I will get my interview appointment. (though it is sure I won't be able to get it before summer)
.I was wondering if I will be eligible for in state tuition or not.

Depends on your school, but I would think NOT. Until you become a US Permanent Resident.

If your bf is married and is a resident of that state (means that if he has lived in that state for atleast 1-2 yrs and have filed taxes for that state). But just to make sure you should contact your university's bursar's office.
