  • I-20 needed at the PORT OF ENTRY???

    Dear all,
I just got my new F1-OPT stamp on my passport but I never got my I-20 back after the interview at the embassy.
I did not remember to ask to get it back when I was still at the embassy.
Together with the passport I got a sealed envelope that says something like "DO NOT OPEN: to be opened at the port of entry only". I wonder if the I-20 is in this envelope, although it does not look like it.
I am trying to contact the embassy to ask them, but they are closed until Wednesday.
WILL I NEED THE I-20 AT THE PORT OF ENTRY??
I have a letter from my UNC employer about my OPT job from July 1st 07 through June 30th 08.
I also have some pay stubs with me, my EAD card and my new VISA stamp
I fly back from Madrid on Monday 7th at noon.
    What can/must I do?
    Thank you.

You need to have the I-20 when you enter the US.So make sure you have that.
Note that this is not a legal advice. Consult your immigration attorney for the best upto-date information.
