F2 Visa Interview

hi just now i have registered in this forum hi to all

I am on F1 visa now and getting married 1st week of march and my wife will be going to interview after marriage. Here I have some qs. Help needed.

1). My F1 visa is valid till July 2008 and i am currently in last sem doing proj. Will that be a prob?

2). She has already been denied H1 long time back. will that be a prob?

3). what documents do I have to submit. I have seen in forums problem that F2 denied cos of prob with the funds/support. My I20 shows that I have support from school as RA. and I would show a bank statement from usa bank.Is that enough?
I would appreciate if you help me
