Lost Passport visa

Hi all

I have a typical situation with me. I had lost my passport a month back and i reported the same to american police here and also consulate of delhi. Now i found my passport back but visa has been cancelled by embassy for security reasons. They told me to apply for a new visa. What are the chances of again gettin a visa. I had a M-1 visa for pilot training. My course is still pending. I have made an appointment in month of february. Please tell details wat all shd i do to assure myself a visa this time.

If you got your visa last time, and if your situation has not got any bad, you should get it this time too.
