To Whom It May Concern:
I am a Guidance Counselor writing from a high school in Michigan. I have an exchange student from Korea who would like to go to the University of Washington. She is technically a Junior here, but will be given a test when she returns home that will enable her to graduate this year. My question is: How do we go about applying for the F1 Visa if she cannot be accepted into the college until she returns home to take that final exam?
