Loss of passport and I 94

i LOST MY PASSPORT AND I 94 .CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT I HAVE TO DO.CAN I GET EVRYTHING DONE HERE OR DO I HAVE TO FOLLOW IT UP IN INDIA.

you can try to get a new passport from your consulate here. and file for a replacement i-94... but make sure you leave before the i-94 date expires.

yes, the i-94 date will be the same. the visa, you will have to reapply at your consulate in your home country.

how in the world did you lose it? you need to file a police report (if stolen).
