Communication problem

Hello sir/madam,

I had completed my Mca I would like to go for higher studies to abroad. I had plenty of skills but, little bit voice problem. For new persons at the first they cant understand. By 2nd time the can understand. With this problem how i must face embassy, it will rejected so, can u help me.....How to go further...? Is there any counters in embassy like my problem peoples.....
