Hi

I am from India ,Hyderabad. I applied for f1 visa in Chennai US Consulate in 2003. Four times in 2003 I got rejections for f1 visa. Each time they used to give one paper to me which states my visa refusal . Now i need that papers because my company insisting for that papers why my visa rejected .now i dont have that because i lost them. Is there any procedure /tracking system to get that letter from us consulate chennai.please help me out
