Very good morning
I have to apply for US student visa. I have deposited my SEVIS fee as well as visa fee (at HDFC visa fee deposition counter) around 10 days ago and got the receipt of the same. However, when I tried to create the application of non immigrant visa i got struck at the point where passport number, HDFC barcode number, mother's name, and date of birth are to be filled. After repeated trials of filling the required information, I could not get past that page and everytime the message appeared, "Cast from string "undefined/undefined/undefined" to type 'Date' is not valid." My date of birth is 29/04/1985.
I donot know why it occured and what do to. Please advice me whom should I contact in this regard or how can I fix this problem.
