Hi ! I would greatly appreciate if you provide me with the following information:
I come from Bulgaria. I came to US as a tourist( B2 visa) and a month ago I changed my status to F1, but I don't have F1 visa in my passport. I am divorced and I would like my 7-year-old daughter to spend the summer vaccation here. My parents are US citizens. The question is-should I apply for F2 visa for her or would it be better if my parents invite her as a tourist(B2 visa). Which one would be better in order to prevent a denial from the embassy.
