Hello ,
While applying for OPT, we are supposed to send a cheque payable to department of homeland security.Without knowingly i have signed in the back side of the cheque.Its almost more than a month, i sent my applicaiton to USICS.but have not heard anything from them.But all my friends who applied along with me have got their cheque cleared and got their recipt number.
Please advise me on how to correct this.
Is there any way i can send a new cheque.
