Hello Sir/Madam

I got your reference from one of my Good Friend.He was quite impressed with your services and consultation.I am having just two queries to ask for:

1) Can anyone is eligble to apply in canada for PR while maintaining his student status i.e F-1 visa in USA?

2) If anyone has a MS Degree from an US University, does he have to give TOEFL/IELTS exams once again for starting of his admission process in any Canadian Universities?
