Sponsoring student visa

Dear Sir,

I am impressed upon reading your information about student Visa.
I will be obliged if you please let me know the followings-

1) My sister and brother in law are at USA and holding H-1 visa. Can I take them as my sponsorer to show the necessary funds ?(For Student Visa)

2) Would it effect my chances of getting visa if I take them/dont take them as my sponser?
