I am currently on H1B Visa in US. I have already got an admit and am expecting to receive I 20 in about 2 - 3 weeks. Then I would file for a change of visa status from H1B to F1.
1. I wanted to know what all documents to include along with my I 539? (Anything specific to show ties to India)
2. Any specific format of the cover letter?
3. Also, I would be including the financial documents showing that my cousin sister is sponsoring my education. Would that create any issues? Any chances of reject?
