F1/OPT/485?Travel

My wife is currently on F1 working on OPT. However, her current job ends in April and the new one begins in August.

She also has a pending 485 (through me). She has not applied for EAD through her 485 or an Advance Parole.

Can she travel on her OPT after her current job ends but before the new one begins (i.e., between April and August)?

Without an AP on ...

... an existing 485 application, it would amount to abandoning your application once you leave the country.
