I am on F1 rite now and i would like 2 applY FOR health insurance for my wife (F2 dependant).I work as a Grad asst at my univ, and they quote huge amount for dependant insurance (approx $680/month), though they charge me approx $20/month(include health, eye, ADD).Do you have any ideas. insurance cheap and best for F2 visa holders? ICICI lombard vadi tho chat chesa 6 months ki Rs 11,000/- antunadu. Is that good one? If you have any ideas pls postandi.,....thanks in adv

It is so expensive because it includes pregnacy coverage. You will not be able to get that later when it is a pre-existing condition.
Youi should take comprehensive - not emergency only - insurance or be prepared for her to return to you home country.Comment
