Please Help F1 Visa

I got rejected 3 times visa on Mechanical Engineering last was on NOV 23. And now I got I20 from Silicon Valley University on Computers science (MSCS) so can shift my branch from Mechanical to Computers and go to visa. What if the VO ask why have u changed ur university And branch on computers plz reply ……..

You must answer this question yourself. Not us... you are the one who changed. This seems like a desperate attempt to obtain a visa and the VO will see right through that.
