SEVIS fee

My names are Peter and I would like to ask a question concerning SEVIS fee. I was admitted for my masters program in USA during spring semester and I paid SEVIS for my I-20.Unfortunately I didn’t make to University, I deferred. I have been sent another I-20 for the same program, the question is do I need to pay another SEVIS fee. The SEVIS ID on the previous and later I-20 are the same.
