Toefl Expiry Date

Hi ,

I have got admission to University of Southern California in Fall-2007.
However i had postponed it to Fall-2008 and the University accepted my application for the same.
My Toefl score expired in November-2007(after I got the admission in 2007).
Though the university considered my application for the 2008 semester, Will the Chennai Embassy reject my F1 visa because of this if they come to know that my teofl expired?

No, TOEFL score expiration has nothing to do with the visa rejection for a F1 visa. f1 visa is tied more to the likelihood of you proving ties to your home country and financial support for education.
