My brother is working in the US. He is going to sponsor my education. What exact documents does he have to send for my visa? Are there any chances of me being considered a potential immigrant as my brother is working there?

An affidavit of support, bank balance in an account to sponsor your education, preferably proof of relationship in some form as copy of passport, birth certificate etc.
