Few questions for you:
1. My brother was denied F1 visa. What is the procedure for applying for 2nd attempt? His classes start on May 27th.
2. What questions did the VO ask you?
3. It looks like you have B1/B2 visa. Is it a 10yr visa?
4. When was your last departure from US on visitor visa?
We are thinking of an option to have him re-enter US via visitor visa and apply for COS from B2 to F1. But, he left the US at the end of April and is planning to re-enter at the end of May. Is this safe?
