F2 to F1 : submission of original I-94

Description: I am in USA on F2 visa and curently got admission in grad school. So I need to change my status from F2 to F1.

1. What are the documents I need to submit alongwith I-539?
2. Do I need to submit original I-94 with the application?

1. List should be available on the form instructions as well as on immihelp.
2. Copy of I-94. Original can remain with you. If USCIS wants the original, they will issue RFE for it.
