Can anyone sponsor me for the FUNDS? A company? A legal resident alien? A US CITIZEN? A legal H2B wife? An illegal alien??

If I have $18,000, but not $23,000 grand needed for self support in the STATE can anyone mentioned people above can support the aditional amount needed?, or can my money and aditional sponsors be sumited for support of SELF-SUPPORT?

My concern is that I would like to have well strong financial support evidence, I am an adult, working under an H2B VISA married with wife here with H2B visa aswell, (I'm 28 years old). My plans are to finish my career here in the USA (I only did highschool in my country and I took just few more clases valid for college points). I'm from Mexico. As I am learning here, I'm trying to build a strong case to take to USCIS. I don't want to get denied. My goal are real here, the college I am willing to attend told me that I needed at least someone with at least $23,000 dlls ready to withdraw for my college.

That's no problem, however I want to include, my brother who is a Resident Alien for Support, my other sister for support, my mother for support, and wife for support, all of them living on the USA. As an adition to my case for financial support.

Although I'm not sure if each one needs to prove individuals accounts.
How about, an aditional loan for $25,000 from wife as aditional to all my money, all of the evidence of support, + $25,000 loan on my wifes name, I copuld take one aswell... she willing to provide me with credit cards with $5000.00 limit for my expenses.

my concern is as follows... my sis whoz in H1 status has sent the financal affidavit atating her sponsor.... jus wanted 2 know if her name wud b printed in the I20....
1 more doubt... if her name is printed in I20, can i take it 4 visa ...?r there any chances of rejection?

I believe his concern is that some of the sponsors may be illegally in the US. If this is the case, they are unlikely to be considered reliable funding sources.

That is what I understood from the posting. and in this case, Illegally present aliens CAN NOT be sponsors.
