Can siblings living in US affect getting F1 visa?

I would like to know if siblings living in US affect getting F1 visa?

So this is my case:

1. Both my sisters are in US.
2. one has citizenship and the other is on H4.
3. My parents are going to sponsor my education.
4. I am the only son in the family.
5. Got an admit from a reputed univ.

I would appreciate any kind of help or comments from anyone.

Having several relatives in the USA makes it harder to obtain a visa, but it is not impossible for as long as you can show ties to your home country.
