Hi I am currently holding L1
and need to apply F1 for my studies
what are the chances of getting it and

If approved for F1, L1 will get cancelled due to F1 bearing a non-immigrant intent while L1 allows immigrant intent. Having a L1 does not provide you any additional advantage to get the F1. You have to qualify by proving ties to your home country.
