Reentering US with OPT and H1 approval

I hold an F1 visa which expires as soon as I receive my MS degree in May 2008. Meanwhile, I have been approved for H1 starting this October. I also have received my OPT card. I am planning to visit India in June 2008.
Now, without F1 and with OPT and H1 approval, will that pose any risk for re-entering US in June 2008? Thanks in advance.

You need a valid visa to enter into US. How can you enter in June if your F1 expired? They will not even let you board the flight.
