i applied to 4 different univs in Illinois itself...
herard tat a guy was rejected visa due 2 d very same reason....
the VO had asked him "Why have u applied to d 4 diff univs in d same state?"n he got rejected...
wat can i answer if i'm posed with d same question..

What did the person answer? The answer matters more than the fact.

The VO may have suspected that this person has a sibling in IL that the person was hiding and trying to get admitted there.

Additional score reports for other universities can also be ordered from what shows up on the exam score report. So, the reasoning doesn't make sense.

BTW, Please refrain from using "d" for the and "n" for and. SMS is not yet the mode of communication on the forums other than social networking sites for teens like myspace and others.
