Hi,
After filling the DS 156,157,158 forms and booking a date for F1 visa interview , i read a line in embassy website which says "The worldwide nonimmigrant Machine Readable Visa(MRV)" fees is increased from $100 to $131 by the US Department Of State.
I paid the HDFC fee and booked the appointment.
Apart from it i also paid SEVIS fees.
I want to know what exactly is this MRV fee and how am i supposed to pay it.
