I have been accepted at holmesglen institute for a two year program, and then I'll be able to pursue further education at Deakin university. My ielts score is 7.0 as well. The thing is, I have been refused for US visa two year ago(though it was not a permanent refusal, vo told me so). I actually want to persue my education in Melbourne, Australia. I'll show US1,24,000 as my financial resources. All I want to know is that if you have been refused an American visa, you are going to be refused Australian,British, Canadian visa as well. How far is it true? And there is also an stamp on the last page of my passport which says "Application received", US Islamabad, embassy.
