Ordinary F1 appointment - Urgent please!

Hello immihelp,

Has anyone recently booked an "ordinary" F1 visa appointment at the Chennai Consulate? I've been checking everyday since 2 months now and they haven't opened up. I was wondering if there is a specific day/time that these slots open. I'm aware that the Emergency slots are open.

Kindly advice.

Hi,

what i would suggest, contact the VFS helpline people in Chennai or any other barnch, I guess, they will help you definitley. Contact numbers you can find them in VFS website. all the best. If you find a solution post it here. that will be helpful for many people.

I've already called and emailed the consulate and they say the same thing "Keep checking."
