  • Can someone clarify something?

    Hi all,

I recently got approved from a university to take a nursing degree. I just wanted for somebody to clarify something for me. I have a 6 year old son, and originally he was going to stay in my hometown with my mom, while I go to the U.S. to study. But then it got me thinking, what if I take my son with me, would he be able to? and if he does come with me, would he be able to go to school in the U.S.? Can somebody help me please.

emotions and law provisions are 2 different things.

though the son may qualify for an F2 visa, she needs to show another source of income to support him while she studies. Also, the child should be sent to a private school, not a public school (so it is not a burden on US tax payers).
