Hello,
I'm currently a female PhD student in USA. I have my fiance in India and I intend to marry him in next couple of months when I visit India. Now my fiance is a double post graduate(now finished his education and working) and I m in midst of my PhD. I wish to complete my education and then go back to India. But in the meantime we want to live together and this is possible only if he comes to USA. If I apply for F2 visa for my husband what are the chances that he will be granted F2. This is my concern because I hear that girls trying for F2 for their husbands is always rejected.Also I need to clarify that my dept provides me with sufffecient assistantship to take care of both of us.Can he get an F2 Visa?
