i am F1 visa holder and married. my wife who is on F2 visa, has got restraining order against me extended for 1 year and now living with her sisters who are on H1B visas. my question is how can i send her back to her country because she is not living with me and she along with her sisters are harassing me using court orders and asking for money etc.

If she does not want you around ( and hoping you too want the same) why do you care what is she doing. She can't demand money from you, why would you give in or feel pressurized by that demand even if made. Not unless you go through a divorce and court entitles her to alimony support from you.
On a different thought, she came in on F2 which is a dependent visa, I dont know what this implies in this case that she is not living with you and infact has gotten and extended a restraining order for you. Wait for others to reply, you can always contact an attorney.
Don't try to use the immigration system and the USCIS for personal grudges.

If you get a divorce, she falls out of status. Other than that, you have no legal right to send her back. Once, the visa expires, if your school does not issue I-20 extension or endorsement, she cannot come back if she travels.
