Good I quoted a part of OP's post. I should have quoted all of it.
The OP ****d his BTech degree and UK consulate caught it and rejected his student visa application. He then applied for a student visa to US and got rejected again. Then he got rejected for a second time for US student visa.
His question in the post was: now that he has original BTech certificate, can he apply again
