Hey Guys,
My wife and I just got married...she was in the country(USA) for school...and now we are married...i will be leaving for 6 months and she has decided to take a small break from school during this time. We have not applied for a greencard yet and we were wondering if "advance parole" would be necessary? Or would a valid I-20 be enough for her to come back and continue school w/o incident?
