I just want to know whether I would be able to change the information I've used to book a visa slot. Will I be able to Modify or Add new info after booking a date ??

PS: The main info which I would be modifying are I20 details, SEVIS details.

Yes, you will be able to modify and add new information to your application, after booking a visa slot. Information in Q1 to Q14 in DS-156 can not be changed but you can change rest of information upto two days before you interview.
