Hi,
I am a 32 year old Indian presently residing in UAE along with my spouse and 3 year old daughter.
We have permanent residence visas for Canada and are immigrating to Canada in October. This is our first trip to Canada and are taking a flight from India to Calgary. We have a stopover in Newark for 5 hrs to change planes. Do we require a transit visa for this purpose? We do not wish to leave the airport.
Please advise.
